Balance Innovations establishes consulting services

Lenexa, Kan.: Balance Innovations has created a consulting services initiative and welcomed Casey Lintner as its executive vice president in charge of consulting services. Lintner will work with Balance Innovations' clients to help them better utilize the company's solutions as well as their own technologies and processes, focusing on implementing best practices, optimizing labor, and creating operational excellence.
Lintner brings with him more than 26 years of experience in retail services, cash office and front-end operations and developing software solutions. Most recently, he was director of business development with the Palladium Group, where he managed the retail vertical focused on strategy management and performance management solutions. Prior to that, he spent nine years with Arthur Andersen's retail consulting practice, Senn-Delaney, focused on implementing performance improvement and store labor management programs. He has gained his expertise while working with more than 100 retail organizations, as well as the Food Marketing Institute and National Retail Federation. “Balance Innovations is ideally positioned to expand into more dynamic analytic and consulting applications for its clients,” said Lintner. “I am excited and eager to leverage my background to help Balance Innovations fulfill its mission and vision of delivering meaningful technology and consulting services to the retail industry.”
